We have been in business for over 10 years as a incubator commercial kitchen facility. We started with one bakery and had so much demand we built another and another and before we knew it we had 12 kitchens. We have seen such a wide array of businesses and people over these many years. Meet Jacob

Owner and entrepreneur, I worked along side my parents in building our commercial kitchen operation. It has definitely seen a lot of incarnations in the past decade but we have persisted in re configuring and adapting every step along the way to assist such a wide variety of people, lifestyles and businesses. While being an entrepreneur is not for everyone and requires a huge devotion of time, unwavering commitment to pushing past new threshold boundaries and working on problems that require new skills to develop it is also amazingly rewarding to learn the repeatable steps in building a functional ship that is sea worthy.
